When are the next sign-ups?

Player must be present at time of sign up to be weighed.
Players wishing to return to their previous team must sign up by July 17th 1pm.

What division will my child play in?

Age on July 31, 2010 Weight Division
6 - 9 years old Any Juniors
10 years old Under 80 pounds Juniors
10 years old Over 80 pounds Junior Varsity
11 - 12 years old Any Junior Varsity
13 years old Under 100 pounds Junior Varsity
13 years old Over 100 pounds Varsity
14 - 15 years old Any Varsity

I have a returning player for Fall season, when does he have to be signed up by?

Players wishing to return to their previous team must sign up by July 17th 1pm.

What does the sign-up fee include?

  1. Jersey to keep
  2. Shoulder pads to use for the season
  3. Helmet and chin strap to use for the season
  4. Pants pads to use for the season

Is your league full tackle or is there a flag division?

Our league is full tackle only, no flag divisions.

What days are practice?

Practice will depend on the team your child is on. Our fields are open for practice on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. Most teams practice on Monday and Thursday night, but some practice on a different combination of nights.

When and Where are games played?

All games are on Saturdays between 9am - 5pm and are all at the same place as practice. In the event of a rainout or cancelled game, we occasionally have make-up games during the week, but it is rare.

What do you do during try-outs?

Every child will get picked! During try-outs, your child will participate in sprint drills, agility drills and catching drills. Typically the try-outs will last about an hour and your child will be free to leave while the draft is being conducted. The draft is usually from 12pm - 2pm. The coach of the team you are picked by will call you with further information on the night of the try-outs and draft.

Your child will need tennis shoes on the day of try-outs

When does the 2010 Fall football season start?
